On December 9, 2021 the Knight Commission co-chairs sent a letter to Robert Gates, chair, NCAA Constitution Committee, to offer reactions to the updated draft NCAA Constitution shared in a December 7, 2021 memorandum. The letter suggests incorporating several important modifications regarding governance and Board composition, and clarity on the Association’s legal liability and services.
