Oliver Luck
President, Palmetto Trust Company, LLC

Oliver Luck serves as President of Palmetto Trust Company, LLC and serves on the West Virginia University Board of Governors. His previous roles have included Commissioner of the XFL, Executive Vice President for Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Partnerships of the NCAA, and Athletics Director of West Virginia University. Additionally, he has served in leadership roles with the Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer, the National Football League, and was Chief Executive Officer of the Harris County-Houston Sports Authority, where he oversaw the financing, construction, and management of professional sports and entertainment infrastructure, including Minute Maid Park (now Daikin Park), Reliant Stadium, and Toyota Center.
A 1982 graduate of West Virginia University and a 1987 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Oliver played college football at West Virginia where he earned Academic All-America honors twice and recognition as a National Football Foundation National Scholar-Athlete. Oliver played professionally for five years with the NFL’s Houston Oilers.
