1/4 CEO @perkoamy re: the March 29 NIL Hearings "The Commission endorses the oversight of management & application of NIL rules by an entity led by a board with a majority of independent directors, none of whom would be employed by the NCAA, conferences or member institutions."

Wednesday was a squandered chance to hear from Charlie Baker, any Power 5 commissioner, anyone with a collective or anyone who plays Power 5 football or basketball.

Instead, we had lawmakers trying to grasp a pay-for-play scheme.
